Prior to forming Mentis Group, Charles was a senior engineering manager at 2Roam Inc, a wireless infrastructure company. While at 2Roam, Charles led the successful development and launch of an award winning software suite that enabled a user to build and deploy wireless applications for multiple device platforms.

Before joining 2Roam, Charles worked for Nextera Enterprises as a project manager in their financial services group. His accomplishments included the implementation of equity research workflow systems for investment banking clients Bank of America Securities and Robertson Stephens.

Prior to Nextera, Charles worked as a senior consultant for Barra Inc., a developer of financial risk analysis software. He managed the U.S. fixed income operations group and also served as a technical sales consultant for Barra's client services group.

Charles earned a B.S. in International Business from San Jose State University.
